• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards.
• Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
• Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide photos of the product and packaging for a faster resolution. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
